Kitchen Extract Access Improvements Projects (TR19 Project)

It is almost always the responsibility of the tenant to ensure their Kitchen Extract is cleaned and maintained to the current BESA TR19 Grease standards. It is the responsibility of the Tenants appointed Duct Cleaning Contractor (DCC) to provide a post clean report showing the results of the clean and to highlight areas that could not be cleaned. Incomplete cleans are often a result of unsafe cleaning access.

Extract Awair have established a tried and tested programme that provides safe cleaning access for the DCC. We oversee the TR19 Project utilising our clients existing contractors. By visiting site and providing a scope of works, Extract Awair then oversee the work and verify on completion.

This ensures the client is getting value for its money whilst providing the DCC with the safe access required.
